History of update for jobs

 No visibility on who closed the job / need for sign-off
 
We are also unable to identify who closed each stage of a job. For control and traceability, we need a sign-off at each stage. Ideally, when a user attempts to close a stage, a mandatory prompt should appear asking for their name (or user confirmation), and Boyum should not allow the stage to be closed unless this information is provided.
