Crystal export to PDF loses file links Respondida
It is an issue with Crystal Reports that the hyperlinks to file get stripped when exporting to Excel. The mail ones are file.
Some other products do have work arounds built in to handle this, it would be good if we didn't have to purchase a separate product to allow us to do this with Print & Deliver.

Can you share some more details on what these workarounds are about as it is not something we encountered?
In general, we have no control of the Export (It is just a call to the Crystal API)
