B1P&D- sending mail via outlook 2019

Hi

I lately updated the outlook to 2019, and while I try to deliver a mail I receive an error:

Error performing action: [Email Document Report] Could not send email: [Sales Order - 171689] (לא ניתן לבצע cast של אובייקט COM מסוג 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.ApplicationClass' לסוג ממשק 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook._Application'. פעולה זו נכשלה מכיוון שקריאת ה- QueryInterface לרכיב ה- COM עבור הממשק עם IID ‏'{00063001-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}' נכשלה עקב השגיאה הבאה: Error loading type library/DLL. (חריג מ- HRESULT: 0x80029C4A (TYPE_E_CANTLOADLIBRARY)).)

Isn't it possible with OL 2019? or something else is wrong?
