How can we link a contact to another business partner Respondida
The system links outlook-mails from senders to a certain business partner.
In SAP we have several situations where one contactperson is known in more than one businesspartner.
1) How does this process work; what business partner will be chosen when this person is known in ore than one business partner ?
2) When the system links the e-mail from this contactperson to a wrong business partner, how can we change this connection to the right businesspartner.

Hello Jos,
The system detects automatically the different matches and displays the first one found, but it also enables a button that allows you to change the BP if it doesn't correspond to the one you need.
