Produmex - Request for equivalent of Support user

Hi Boyum

We have a customer in the UK with 2 x Professional Produmex licences.

The customer has encountered some issues have needed a deeper dive.  While this investigation is taking place this ties up 1 Professional licences, meaning only 1 other licence is available for other staff.

The customer has asked whether Boyum can introduce the equivalent of the SAP "Support" user which does not consume a licence, and is intended to be used for support purposes.
