Run a Master Data Manager schedule from a Universal Function

Right now it is possible to make a Master Data Manager Schedule on the server component schedule.

It would be nice if it was possible to initiate such an update from a Universal Function (similar to how you can initiate B1P&D from a UF).

During such a run it should of cause be possible to use Dynamic Syntax
