Unable to process a credit card payment - Error Code 2 Respondida

We tried to process a credit card for a customer and received a error message.  (Error Code 2)  Here is the screen shot:

 

How do we settle this credit card?

    Hi,

    Please contact your SAP partner to troubleshoot the problem. The transaction has been declined so most likely you have to check from Authorize.net what is the problem.
