Hi, 

 

It turns out that you can currently only configure one account balance mass delivery configuration. I have a need where you can choose the Account mass delivery configuration depending on what you want to do. 

For example, In one configuration you would send out the account balance with additional documents, a pdf containing invoice pdf's. This would be ran at the end of the month. In another configuration you would just send out the account balance, this would be useful if you just need to send out a statement again

  This is currently not possible in The main window (https://help.boyum-it.com/B1PrintAndDelivery/bpaccountbalanceprinting.html) but it is possible in the Mass Delivery.

  The way to set it up is to go to the Mass Delivery Configuration of type Account Balance (https://help.boyum-it.com/B1PrintAndDelivery/b1printmassdeliveryconfiguration.html) and mark it for mass delivery and additional report configurations

  

  Now you can make more Account Balance Report Configurations and choose them in the Mass Delivery

  

  

  Is that enough? (Our recommendation, in general, is to automate all Account Balance (why spend human resources on it?)) or do you also need it on the main window?

  Hi Rasmus, 

  The only issue with that is that you lose the ability to define the parameters to run the report that you get on the account balance screen. 

  You could use this(mass delivery) for the monthly run and use the normal printing account balance as a one off activity but you would still need to have some parameters to define the date range to run the mass monthly statement report for. You could modify the parameters in the report definition screen but you would need to open this up and define some of the parameters before you carried out each run. This is fine for a consultant to do but I would be reluctant to let a customer do this in case they make other changes. If the mass delivery screen would allow the parameters to be entered then it would be a great option here.
