Rights management beas attendance

Hi all,

I would like to know, if there is a way to achieve that a user can see the only a certain group of personnel.

Example:

There are to supervisors. Everyone of them should only be able to see the workes who belong to their department. So inside beas -> attendance-> personnel, one sees worker 1-5, the other 6-10.

Any suggestions?
