Issue while connecting the BEAS addon-(PBVM115.dll Was not found)

Hi,

We couldn't able to connect BEAS addon in one of my Users PC. I have emailed last 5 days back, till now, I didnt receive any response from you. Could you please look at the issue as an urgent. There is an error whilst connecting the addon as follow:

Error: "The Code execution cannot proceed because PBVM115.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

I have Re-registered Addon still no luck.
