Print and Delivery Account Balance Report Respondida

Violet Van Niekerk

Good day

One of our clients makes use of the Boyum Print & Delivery Account Balance report.

When running the Account Balance report for a specific month, say October 2018 against a customer’s account with a debit balance and transactions in prior months the report does not display the prior periods unallocated balance.

The client needs to run the account balance report as a balance brought forward report per month where the prior periods unallocated transactions is consolidated and displayed into one balance brought forward line on the account balance report.

I'm unable to see your screenshots. Could you re-post them? Also what is the general business case here because the current Account Balance report mimics the same feature as SAP's Aging Report and as far as I know it can't do this either.

Also remember that the Crystal Report can be modified by you if you please. So Account Balance is actually just a launcher that gives the input and then you can design an aggregate the data as you see fit.

    Hi Bongiwet

The original requester never came back with an explanation of the request, and at the same time it have received 0 votes in 4 years, so we have not proceeded with the request.

Can I pick up where the previous requester left off or do I need to raise a new request?

Just re-use this one, but vote for it at the top  + explain the reasoning for this special way to run the account balance as I not fully understood the request
