Error rounding quantity production entry with external operations and conversion factor

Hi 

This problem is not fixed in beas version 9.3 (1.13) PL:01 (Ref:8096.-Rounding quantity production entry with external operations and conversion factor)

We have done the tests in the new version and as shown in the attached image, the result is not correct.
Please, we need a solution because the client has been waiting a long time.
