Good afternoon,

 

Please your help with the following error: "the execution of the code can not continue because atl71.dll was not found.This problem can be solved by reinstalling the program"

-already perform the installation but the error persists.

  Hello Diana,

  Since this is an installation problem, please contact your Partner and send the following information:

  Mandatory:

  • Customer name and installation number
  • SAP Business One version
  • Add-On name and version
  • Can you reproduce the issue again and again
  • Can you reproduce the issue for all users
  • Can you reproduce this on other PC (not on same Terminal Server)?
  • Can you reproduce this on other Database (not on a copy of the Database)
  • What is the detailed scenario that leads to this error? Can you narrow the problem down?
  • Can you please attach a screenshot of the error?

  - What B1 Validation you are using (Please provide screenshots)
  - What Macro (and/or line loops if any) you are using (Please provide screenshots)
  - Could you please include the event log from the machine? Location of EventLog: %appdata%\Boyum IT\BOY_USABILITY\EventLogs

  - Restart the PC and test again
  - Does the problem occur even when the user has the administrative rights for Windows, SAP, and the SQL server?
  - Is it actually a beas problem? Test without beas AddOn: deactivate all Addons and make same in SAP Business One. Does the problem occur even when all other Add-ons except beas are closed?
  - Can you see the error message line is visible on the screen too? 
  - Please check "last error message
  - Please open the "Debug" Window and check for reading lines
