Roll out B1 Dashboards per usergroup

We have setup various dashboards/views per department and would like to enroll them for all SAP users (70+ users)  and 5+ companies.

 

As far as we can see we only can transfer views between users and not from an user to an usergroup. Is that correct?

 

If so we need to make use of the view manager to transfer views between users what is more time consuming. Besides that when a new user is added to the usergroups we also need to  remind ourselves to deploy the dashboards to this user separately.

 

It would be nice if dashboards/views are enabled for a usergroup and these dashboards/views are added once a user is added to a usergroup.
