Introduce capability allowing transaction reversal/cancellation within WebApp

Scenario: 

Mobile staff in a workshop begin processing a work order. They issue the planned materials to a work order. However, upon a review, they find that they have accidentally issued the wrong amounts, wrong items, or issued items to the wrong work order. The workshop staff are required to reverse or cancel their previous transaction and re-book. 

Issue: 
There is no functionality to allow a mobile worker to fix the problem. Workshop staff are required to find a BEAS Desktop UI and perform these transactions manually instead of using their WebApp devices. 

Proposal: 

• Introduce a tile functionality which allows for the searching and the cancellation of goods issue to work order
• Introduce a tile functionality which allows for the searching of a goods receipt and cancellation as long as stock is available

OR

• Introduce a button/tile per posted transaction which is named "Cancellation or Reversal" with the specific function of undoing the work performed for the transaction

If there is an alternative work around within the Webapp that I have not understood, please advise.
