UF Macro - Add FREEZE_UDFSIDEBAR() command
I have a macro which updates a large number of UDFs using the SETUDFSIDEBAR() command.  I would like to avoid the flicker on the Sidebar the same way that it is handled on the main screen (via Freeze / UnFreeze).

The FREEZE() command handles the flicker issue fine on the main screen.  Suggest either enabling FREEZE() to also work with the UDF Sidebar or adding a new command to freeze / unfreeze the sidebar.
