Menu's Distorted SAP Business One 10.0 version

we have just upgraded to SAP Business One 10.0 version for SAP HANA (10.00.120) PL: 02 (64-bit)
All the B1 usability menus are distorted, any suggestions please ?

It is not something we have seen before in this degree (it is normal in high font-size the first time you open a screen but the next open is fine).
In order to comment/troubleshoot please provide the following:
- SAP Font-size used
- Windows DPI used
- Windows Resolution used
Also please try an XML reset and see if that resolves it (see how here: https://support.boyum-it.com/hc/en-us/articles/228397848-How-to-Reset-XML-in-Boyum-add-ons)

We use three Microsoft Surface studio pcs that do run a high resolution 4500 x 3000
When we login into SAP the default SAP font is always Tahoma 20, even if i change this to a smaller font size it will always revert back to size 20, also when i open item master data the sidebar doesn't show properly as you can see.
The strange thing is we just upgraded from v9 to 10 and we are only having display issues now we have gone to v10
Boyum worked fine running v9 on the surface studio

SBO 10 are suppose to have a new 4K resolution support but in some cases it have this odd behaviour of setting the Fontsize too high. In our test system we managed to get SAP config to set the correct font-size of 10 and did not have this issues ourself (we have had one other report similar wrong SAP Font size but they never came back how to resolve)... If you can’t force SAP to the correct font-size you should log it to SAP support as it is of cause not font-size 20)
