PRODUCTION GOODS ISSUE SHOWS NEGATIVE QUANTITY
When a customer needs to issue more quantity than what is stated on the BOM the Item Master and Inventory History show Negative Quantity for : PRODUCTION GOODS ISSUE (field)
The way how Beas calculates “Goods Issue for Production” is calculated produces negative numbers in these 2 forms:
- Item Master form and
- Inventory History
Beas logic :
“Goods Issue for Production” = “WO Planned Qty” – “WO Issued Quantity”
Example:
- Planned Quantity to Issue: 200
- Qty Issued (Actual) = 464
- “Goods Issue for Production” = 200 – 464 = -264
The field is supposed to show the committed quantity in Work Orders, so if over allocation is needed, the system should use
ZERO committed quantity for those Item lines.
Proposed change:
....... (SELECT sum(
CASE WHEN coalesce("BEAS_FTSTL"."BookedQty",0) > "BEAS_FTSTL"."TOTALQUANTITY_WHUNIT" THEN 0
ELSE "BEAS_FTSTL"."TOTALQUANTITY_WHUNIT" - coalesce("BEAS_FTSTL"."BookedQty",0)
END
) FROM "BEAS_FTSTL"
WHERE "ART1_ID"="OITM"."ItemCode" and coalesce("BEAS_FTSTL"."ABGKZ",'')<>'J' and "BEAS_FTSTL"."WhsCode"="OITW"."WhsCode") as bomftstlpos, .........
