Calendar Drag & Drop For Return Request

Hi

I have set up a new calendar widget for return request. 

We wish to be able to drag and drop the return request due date similar to other marketing documents. 

However after setting up and trying to drag and drop I get the below error message 

Drag &  Drop failed unsupported Object Type 234000031.  Please advise?
