Support the SAP UserGroups in the general User-system of B1UP

In B1UP you have in various forms the User-system (Example in B1 Validation System) where you can include and exclude users from a functionality. You also have a UserGroup System for this but it is B1UP Specific.
Why not instead use SAP's UserGroups System so multiple user-group system are not needed anymore
