Internal complaints - access within the terminal and web apps
Hi,
From a business process view the person who is logging an internal complaint against a work order is the person logged on to that work order. They are using the terminal and potentially the web apps 2.1 once the QC apps are active for processing their work. It makes sense then for the internal complaints "form" to be available within these UI, so they don't have to get someone who has standard B1 access to log the complaint on their behalf.
