Support Online file attachments in B1 v10 Attachment grids

We have a lot of people that are asking to store online file attachments particularly from OneDrive / Sharepoint
The typical use cases are:
- Standard Business One Attachments are copied into the shared B1 attachments folder
- Many users want a link to a controlled document that may be updated centrally e.g. Product data sheets
- Online file systems have a greater degree of access permissions
- Reduces file storage requirements for hosted B1 installations
Other Info:
- B1 v10 supports UDFs on attachments (including the "Link" field type)
- Rasmus Jensen, I agree splitting the attachments tab into two grids, one for local files and the other for online files would be a cleaner solution
- This would need to be available for ALL attachment grids
