    Hi,

in post calculation you can choose the "Valutation to" Option

Here you can define, which price do you want to use for the calculation

Related to resources  you can use Resource Cost Rate

    More see http://www.beascloud.net/docs/help/online_eng/index.html?costrates.htm

    Dear Customer

    Thanks for your suggestion.

Currently you can use the batch calculation function to update Prices in a price list.

We are not sure if you are suggesting additional information to this. In this case please provide more details about your request.

    Dear Ana,
batch precalculation is a function to calculate prices as PLANNED costs.
My suggestions is to develop a similar function, let's call it  "batch POST calculation" to retrive the real production's occurred costs

    moreover ,
as you could have done many productions for tha same item, it would be necessary to aggregate results somehow. ( min,max avg.....) to get a single value for each item to be stored into a  pricelist

    hope it clarify my post
    thanks
    Massimo

    Dear Martin,

my intention is to use the post calculation's result to populate a pricelist

    for example:

    Item x

    last month's workorders

I get many lines   and costs.( 1 per WO)

I would like to "resume" it all in a NEWpricelist  ( as in  bacth precalculation)

    using

    price = productionFullCostActual/QuantityActual

    and

aggregation ( for example avg or min ....in case of multiple lines for the same item )+ group by itemcode

For this we don't have a solution.

You must develop this self (customizing)

    1. Create post calculation

    2. Beas save result in a table with the result. here you can develop your own logic to calculate the price for a price list.

  • Massimo Sardi

    That's fine

    It's just what I did.

please consider my suggestion in next versions if you like it.

    thank you

    best regards

    Massimo
