Set email body contact to be Email Group Contacts

We have a customer who want to customize the email body message based on the email recipient.

 

Currently the Email body contact name is pulled from the document and that may or may not be the same as the email group recipients. 

 

Customer wants the email body contact name change based on the email group contact. So, if a business has 2 contacts in the email group for AR Invoice.  They want 2 emails with the same invoice, and each email is personalized to the email recipient.

 

Contact                Email Group       Default

Sally                       AR Invoice           N

Fred                                                       Y

Tim                         AR Invoice           N

 

Currently P&D will send one email to both Sally and Tim, with message Dear Fred

 

They want 2 emails, one Dear Sally and the other Dear Tim
