Hi,

is there way or option that I can have drop-down menu to refresh data in SQL report?

I know I can have search option before pulling data by SQL variables (see the below image).

but I want drop-down option on the SQL report screen so I can refresh it there.

every time I have to refresh the data using SQL variable, I have re-open it and put different parameter (using drop-down) to get the data.
