BeAs scheduled MRP run: error logs?

Hello Experts,

Good day,

We are having some issue on the BeAs scheduled Calculate MRP under the planned activities.

The Calculate MRP was running on the scheduled time but the Calculate MRP process stops at around 90%. But when we try to run the MRP calculation manually, it runs successfully.

Is there any logs that the scheduled Calculate MRP creates when encountered some error? Or known cause of the error?

  Hello Joseff,

  You will find more information about the issue in the beas Protocol.

  Go to Tools > Protocol or Administration > Utilities > Manage Server > Protocol and check the entries with Range 'MRP' and 'beasService'.

  Also, please check the MRP Scenario for the following setting:

  

  Try disabling it and run the Planned Activity again.

  If the issue persists or if you need any further assistance, please open a support ticket.

  When check the windows event viewer. this is the error.

   

  The description for Event ID 0 from source beasService3 cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

  If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

  The following information was included with the event:
