Allow Add and edit menus to call beas version of Universal Functions Completada

Like B1UP, beas will have a set of Universal Functions. Martin thinks it will be good if these can be called from the new Add and Edit Menus feature.
 
These UF's could be shown at the bottom of the Lookup edit for UF's and we could have a hidden type that knows if the entered is a beas-UF or a B1UP UF.
