Stop Printing Print Sequence from SAP- B1 Print and Delivery

Hi,
We have implemented B1 Print and Delivery on AR Invoice on Add button with B1 Validation to perform multiple actions (Email and Print). For AR invoice, we made one Print Sequence as default.
Now, the problem is when we are adding the Document, the document is printing the layout which is assigned in Report Configuration Print Action. In addition, it is also printing the Print Sequence which is set as default for the AR Invoice. I want to Avoid print the layouts from Print Sequence. How to Stop it? My B1 Validation looks as following:

Hi Kishore,
Do you mean you've set up SAP to print the template also when adding the document? In that case it's not possible for us to stop it.
If you mean something else by the default printing sequence, please clarify it a bit. Based on the configuration it shouldn't print anything else than what's set up in here:

Yes! It should not print anything else than what I have configured in my B1 Validation. Which is for Email, Print and in some scenarios both based on my User defined Object window setup.

Many Thanks for the solution. This is fine for when adding the document and we have the same issue on Print Icon which is on Menus bar. When we click on Print icon, Layout from B1 Print and Delivery is printing and then a message box appears on screen for Print Sequence. The message box as follows:
Unfortunately, if user press Enter from the keyboard, automatically the Layouts from Sequence are printing. How to stop this Message?

I have sorted out the Issue by adding Block(); in macro on Print Action.

Thanks for informing, also note that AutoPressNextPopup(); -functionality can be used in these type of pop-up messages although block(); seems to be better this time.

Thanks for the Advise, I have tried with AutoPressNextPopup($[$3.0.0]) to make cancel button as default. But it doesn't work for me. So I have chosen Block();

Unfortunately, this issue repeating again. We could not able to stop the System message through Boyum. Could you please help with this.
Can we make Print Preference disable for only a few users not for all user as per your earlier suggestion?

What do you mean you can't stop the system message? I checked in the earlier reply that Block(); worked for you?
You can include and exclude users in the validation configuration.

I can't stop the "Do you want to set the Print Format for all selected Invoices?" because already we are performing Print by using B1 Print and Delivery. Block(); which I have used before is also not working now. Could you please suggest, if we are using B1 print and Delivery then no need of printing print preference layouts right. So how to avoid this?

Hi,
The reason why you get this message in the first place is that you have printing sequences set up. If none of the solutions provided does work, you need to get rid of those printing sequences if you don't want to see the message.

As we have only a few Users who are using Boyum B1 Print and Delivery. If we disable Print Sequence for Boyum Users, this will be affected to all the other not Boyum users as well right? So this Print Sequence or Print Setup should be disabled for only a few users(Boyum Users). Is this possible? If not that what is the solution?

There is unfortunately no other solutions than to fully use Print & Delivery module for all users and get rid of the SAP printing sequence.
