F8824-Pre-defined Batch Number Pass down to Production Receipt

Hi Beas Team,

Many occasions, client wants to pre define a batch number to print out, and save it on work order, can this pre defined batch number be passed to Production Receipt?  Please let me know if this function can be incorporated into new release.

  Thank you for writing to us.

  Currently, this is possible using beas script, you could use any UDF available at the work order position to assign the batch number, this assignment could be manually by the user or automatically (with beas script) catching the event after position is created, then at the configuration set the batch number to read the UDF.

  Despite the possibility to do it with beas scrip we will study include your suggestion to make it easy.
