UF SQL Report - Add an option to display a message or run another UF when the SQL Report has no data to display in the grid.

We use many SQL Reports to display information where it is possible / likely that no data exists. If data does exist then the report display is fine. If the query in the SQL Report produces no data, then we would like an option that would display a user-specified message, or run a UF, instead of displaying an empty SQL Report window.  This would be optional, if it is not specified then the empty SQL Report grid will continue to appear.
