Production time calculations in tenths of a second (.00) - Just plan it

We need your help; one of our clients requires production calculations to be performed using tenths of a second.

Let me explain: Their laboratories are highly automated, and their production processes are extremely precise. They have indicated that it is essential for them to be able to define times such as 1.2 seconds or 67.75 seconds for certain processes.

Additionally, they need the API responses to return values in minutes if the time configuration in the program is set to minutes, rather than defaulting to seconds. For example, they currently have the system configured in minutes per production unit, and for one process, they entered 0.02 minutes (equivalent to 1.2 seconds). However, the program rounds this value to 1 second, and in the API, the production time per unit is also displayed as "1".
