Dashboard Error When Using SAP B1 HANA Database

Hello,
The Usability Pack was installed on a system running SAP Business One version 10 FP 2508 with a SAP HANA database.
During the installation configuration, the database access credentials worked without any issues. However, when we activate the dashboards, the system returns an error even though we enter the same database credentials.
We would appreciate your assistance regarding this issue. Screenshots of the general configuration database login verification and the error received on the dashboard are provided below.
