SQL Report in Dashboard

I have created a SQL Report with fist column as checkbox, which displays fine there. When I show the SQL Report in a dashboard, the checkbox is not displayed.

I want to create a dashboard where lines are selected, then a UF runs to print labels for selected items and a field in a UDT is updated
