Simple things don't work in Boyum

Hello, we have tried to setup Boyum in our test environment SAP 10 (latest) on prem SQL.
Unfortunately, I have spent numerous hours trying to get our Sales Order form to render correctly. We stopped using UI Configuration as per suggestion of our SAP Partner and followed all the guidelines of Boyum (so many). Yet forms don't behave properly. Even on large screens. Our Sales Team use Surface Tablets.

Furthermore, we have been paying for Boyum since SAP 9.0 even though it has never been used in production.

Our partners opened a ticket with Boyum and the response is to send us a FAQ, with some of the links not even working.

A. Can we stop using Boyum. Are there penalties?
B. Is anyone using IPT successfully?
C. Can you use Boyum for simple things as coloring certain price list and use UI Configuration tool without IPT?
