Getting report to use. Please wait...

When I am printing some the Pick List report the system sits there for 30 seconds "getting report to use"! I have set a default report config. What is missing?

When I print preview, it then shows immediately. If I print, after spending 30 seconds to get the report it then spends another 20 seconds saying "Printing report"?

Please help..
