BEAS: Select Full Cost Automically or By Default In Precalculation

Hi There, 

Just wondering, does nayone knows about a setting or script which selects full cost as default or automatically when user open pre-calculation?

I have a situation where users often forget to click on full cost and start reviewing costs based on marginal cost which is not in use.
