Use of query bx_mobile_wh9_get_new_serialnumber

I need to use the bx_mobile_wh9_get_new_serialnumber to assign serial numbers automatically in the GR process, I have used the "BXMobileWH9_" queries successfully, but the "bx_mobile_wh9" queries I have never used them.

I create a query in the Query Manager with the name bx_mobile_wh9_get_new_serialnumber and the return value is consistent with the documentation, but nothing happens, I still have to create each serial number.

How can I get this query working?
