Change a Column Label Dynamically

Hi experts,

I know we can change a master data label dynamically, but I couldn't find a way to change a column label in documents.

For instance (Issue for production screen):

• If the first item at line level is from the type Resource, change the column label from "Quantity" to "Amount"

Is that possible? Please let me know your thoughts.
