Hello we require your support with the following,

When registering a time part the system is showing the following error message:

Error add document (-5002) Imposible tratar totales en moneda del sistema [Jdt1.SYScred][line:1], ReturnCode:-5002.

It happens randomly so we have not been able to get a log.
