B1UP Service Component - error in core Respondida

I'm having a problem with this error, the error code below:
This is the first time I've come across the error and had a look at both SQL and Boyum but cannot narrow it down, I would be grateful if someone could help me.

    Hi Mark.

    I guess this is an old version of B1UP (we have this error only in already unsupported versions) and i guess the only possible fix is to update to newest version.

    If it's a newer version, please send these details to our support email:

    • SAP Business One version
    • Add-On version
    • If issue is reproducible again and again
    • Could you also include the eventlog from the server? Location of EventLog: C:\Program Files (x86)\Boyum IT\B1UP Service Component\Eventlog

    Morning Naama, 

    Thank you for getting back in touch. You are correct, they are on a very old version (2014.0.9.0); they are currently on SAP version 9.0 (9.02.230) PL:13 Hotfix 1, if I updated them to the latest version of Boyum would this work correctly or would I have to use an earlier version which can run with their current version of SAP?
