window not load with boyum ON Respondida

Hi there, im having this problem with B1 UP, when the addon is runnin the window of Delivery don't load correctly, and when i turn off the addon the window opens without any problem.

 

can you help me? its the only windows with this problem.

    Hi,

    Can you comment on what it means does not load correctly? Do you have an error message? 

    In general it deems like a support request and requires more information. I advise you to contact your Boyum partner to further analyze the issue.

    There is no error message the window just don't open fully
