Ability to Use P & D Layouts for Draft Documents

Hi Guys,

 

As far as I am aware you are not able to use P & D with Draft Documents in SAP B1. Can this feature be added as we have many customers that heavily use draft documents.

  Hi Sean,

  B1 Print and Delivery does not officially support draft documents because they are in another table and since data on the screen is in add mode at the time we cannot with guarantee ensure that data on screen and data in ODRF table is the same.

  So out of the box we block action on draft documents.

  If you can live with above limitation and create a Crystal that work against the ODRF we have a hidden feature to allow action to happen anyway (You have to go to the BOY_85_BASECONFIG UDT, set a Y in column "Allow draft printing" and restart B1UP)
