Button to "Add & Print Pick List"

Hi All,

I know through SAP B1 there is the option in Document Settings to print a document when it is added. I'm wanting to have a separate button to 'Add & Print Document'. Is this possible through Boyum B1UP?

Sometimes in our business, we have the need to Not print Pick Lists for some Sales Orders.

Is it possible to add a Button "Add & Print Pick List" button to the Sales Order form which will Add the Document to the Database and print it in one go, rather than add, find last record then print?

  Hi Naama,

  Thanks for that, we do have the Print and Delivery add-on. Can you advise where I would get started with it? Or perhaps a tutorial link for something similar? I have search the YouTube channel but couldnt find what i was looking for.

  Hi Rob,

  In the report configuration of the sales order, you can modify you can change the 'Add Button' to 'Print Action' so when you add the document it would print it as well.

  Instead, if you want the print action to work only in certain cases, then you can change the add button to a conditional action. In a conditional action you can create an SQL query. The result of the conditional action will be the print action. 

  In YouTube or in F1 you can look for report actions - conditional action and multi action.
