How does the Mass delivery configuration know which report action to use.
User can select document type and even be prompted for a report configuration.
but how does it know what action to take and can this be programmed into a query

Hi Gregg,
The report action is taken from the default report configuration for that document type.
In the follwing report configuration for an AR Invoice, I have decided that on the email action a 'Show Report' will take place instead of sending an email.

I have sent this configuration as default.
When I go to mass delivery, choose AR Invoice, and choose email. The system is showing me a print preview version of the document (the Show Action settings) instead of sending an email.
