How to put multiple value to the Parameter on a Universal Function Crystal Report Configuration

Some time I need to have the 2nd parameter e.g. Category with Null and the report would show all the item in the list irrespective of Category.

How to pass no values to the 2nd field dynamically, I mean I should able to use the OR condition in the Value column for the Parameter field
So that the crystal does not pop up for accepting the input.
I have a Parameter for Crystal Report where is I should be able to
put $[$Item1.0.0] or $[null] so that when I Press the button will not come with POPUP to input the value for NULL field
