Use Macros For External Launcher

Good day,

I have two questions: 

I was wondering if its possible to use the external Launcher within the Macros Function as I want to open Multiple documents from one button. Preferably I would like to combine these PDF's in multiple folders. 

Secondly, is it possible to configure that certain documents automatically save to different folders once added. I only see the general setting when I google which will change the location for all.
