Default G/L Account for Bank Transfers Respondida

From the Toolbox Configuration -> Banking tab, add a field for the default Transfer Account (utilized on the Bank Transfer tab). Currently there is only a field for the cash account, which populates the account on the Cash Tab of the payments mean screen.
