Batch transfer also available for serial numbers

I would like to know if there is any possibility to upgrade/improve/replicate the functionality of batch transfer to serial numbers. We would like to make item code change for serial managed items. Our suggested option was to work with tBatch Transfer window, however, it only works with batch managed items (which is what expected by the title). I would like to know if there is any way of extending the functionality or create new window.
