Get License question

Hi,

We've try to test the B1Up in our PC, license should under reseller, assume once we login to SAP, it should get the license from web, but now, it not success. I've try to get offline license, and web replied that it is not a "The entered installation number was not found. You might also need to provide the system number". 

We’ve check Boyum Portal and found that there are only one DB in B1Up license, but it got 3 Installation Number.

How can i get the license in this case.
