Drag, Move, Fit columns in dashboards Respondida

Will it be possible to enable the user to move columns on screen on the dashboard (not dashboard editor) ? 
It does not need to be saved for the specific user (even though it may be nice) but just enable moving a column and keep it like that until it is refreshed.
